Dinner menu for 2008/2009 at On the Rocks:

Amuse Bouche: Mediterranean vegetable wonton served on a Chinese spoon with sweet chilli sauce

Starters: Medallion of crayfish tail served on a tower of puff pastry with rocket, slow-roasted tomato, pickled cucumber and rose wine sauce

Main Course: Turkey stuffed with spinach, blue Cheese; dried fruit & nuts with honey glazed Kassler served with pineapple and cherries served with mustard apple mash croquettes and a cranberry jus.

OR: A duo of lamb and beef with roasted turned potato, Yorkshire pudding and red wine & rosemary jus

All main courses are served with a tour de legumes and asparagus

Dessert: A duo of meringue and brandy pudding with berry compote and crème anglaise and a traditional mince pies and truffles with tea and coffee

This all for R350.00 per person, and children under 12 years receive a 50% discount.
