New Year’ Eve Buffet Menu:

On Arrival: African potjies on the deck in fire pits (which stay lit all night) – Cape oyster chowder, Malay mussels, prawn and chilli

Starter Menu:  Hot smoked salmon with horseradish and lime dressing | Wok fried prawns with a wasabi hollandaise | Curried kingklip kebabs with mint and coriander salsa | Tempura battered vegetables with ginger mayo | Flame grilled calamari and basil pesto | Sugar baked ham with sweet melon and port dressing | Springbok and beef carpaccio with beetroot and red onion marmalade | Smoked chicken, watercress, biltong and coriander salad | Blackened aubergine, roasted garlic, tomato pesto dressing | Green tipped asparagus with caramelized pancetta | Local mussels with red capsicum dressing | Malay spiced lamb strips topped with coriander and yoghurt | Marinated sun dried tomatoes, boccocini mozzarella | Pate with melba toast and grissini sticks

Main Menu:  Pepper crusted rib or beef with horseradish yorkies | Braaied leg of Karoo lamb, studded with rosemary and garlic | BBQ pork with cinnamon apply chutney | Pan fried fillet of kingklip with smoked salmon sauce | Parcels of linefish with shrimp and ginger | Malay chicken and prawn curry, poppadums and sambals | Vegetable stir fry station and wok fried noodle bar | Coconut baked rice, roasted baby potatoes, sun dried tomatoes and feta | Vegetable potjie
