New Year’s Eve Menu:

Amuse Bouche: Chilled oyster - with caviar, bloody Mary and cucumber gellee

Starter: Seared Ostrich medallions - with white grape, wild rocket, cranberry and pumkin seed salad OR Baked Goats Cheese parcel - with onion marmalade and poached baby pear OR Smoked salmon mousse terrine - with crunchy green apple, walnut and romaine salad

Pallet cleanser: Lemon & Lime Sorbet

Main: Crusted Beef Fillet - with a wild mushroom potato gratin and Red Trilogy sauce OR Norwegian Salmon and giant tiger prawn - with grilled nectarine, asparagus and medley of peas OR Honey and balsamic glazed Lamb rack - with mint and pea mash and julienne carrots

Dessert: Vanilla Crème Brulee, summer berry compote - with homemade cranberry and white chocolate Biscotti OR Chocolate Mud pie - with passion fruit ice cream
