If you are looking for parties on Woman’s Day this year, Cape Town club FICTION has taken the lead.

This Woman's Day Long Street’s DJ Bar FICTION is proud to present the third annual RESPECT THE WOMAN party. This is a party night dedicated to honoring the fairer sex.

To mark the occasion, Moody & Wonder Woman will be performing live along with DJ sets by Microstripe and Liver.

For those who ain’t in the know, Dr Moody is the legendary Brighton based DJ/producer and founder of Surgery Records.

Now residing in Cape Town, he and songstress Wonder Woman (aka Lauren Steyn) have been collaborating on a variety of tracks for some time now.

This Woman’s Day DJ night will showcase their newly formed repertoire of floor thumping breaks, electro & drum n bass for the first time.

Microstripe will then be delivering her blend of bad ass breaks and drum & bass and for the early part of the evening Liver will be serving up his selection of bass infused, glitch hop and hip hop happiness.
