Are you the proud owner of a BMW? Do you wish you were? SABeemer is inviting all BMW lovers, owners and enthusiasts to congregate at the Castle of Good Hope on 5 January 2020 to discuss the joys of all things BMW.
VROOM YOUR ENGINE
For R50 per person, you can be part of Cape Town's very own BMW gathering, open to all. Or, if you get there early, the first 100 BMW owners get in free. From 10am to 5pm, indulge in everything BMW, including product-specific exhibitions and sponsors peddling their wares. BMW owners get to park inside the castle with their respective clubs, but space is limited, so be sure to pre-register. Send an email to info@sabeemer.co.za to secure your spot.
A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES
Each BMW club gets its own section to park, with a separate parking lot for owners of VW, Toyotas, Ford and so on. There'll be classic BMWs on display, as well as special suped-up cars (as deemed by the Beemer fraternity) to peruse (without touching) while chatting to like-minded individuals. Plus, there's a jumping castle for the kids, and food and drink stalls to keep the merriment going late into the afternoon. Make sure you find the secret vendor, who’ll be launching their concept and menu for the first time.
Local Capetonian Shahiem Bell is your MC for the afternoon to keep that “kaapse” flavour, according to the organisers. If you’ve been to a previous SABeemer event, you might have seen him before. If you're feeling lucky, sign up for the Show & Shine competition, a street-cred competition where cars of the same class and category are judged by a panel - there are trophies, certificates and sponsored prizes up for grabs.
