Starter: A variety of assorted breads served with pate | Smoked salmon tartar on Melba sails | Springbok carpaccio drizzled with olive oil, seasoned with Malden salt crystals and freshly ground mixed pepper corns | Traditional Gazpacho soup with a ciabatta and pesto croute

Salads: Mixed garden greens with petit pois and pecorino shavings | Mixed Mediterranean pasta | Mozzarella and blush tomato

Main Course: Roast turkey accompanied with cranberry sauce, bacon rolls, game chips, creamy bread sauce, freshly picked watercress and gravy | Smoked honey glazed gammon with sweet English mustard sauce | Roast beef sirloin with green peppercorn crust accompanied with horseradish cream

Vegetarian: Baby spinach and ricotta lasagna

Vegetables: Spicy roast potatoes, sweet potato, a medley of mixed summer vegetables from the farm gardens arrosed with lemon avocado oil | Basmati rice pilaf

Desserts: Lindt white chocolate and dark chocolate marbled cheesecake | Summer berry and roast hazelnut semi fredo | Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce | Christmas mince pies | Anglaise sauce
