Tribute to Leigh Tanchel at The Tafelberg Tavern
Fundraising party for family of Leigh Tanchal
Sunday 28th March marks the death of Leigh Tanchel after an illness long and bravely borne.
An incredible man in his own right, Leigh was a 1st Assistant Director in the film industry, undisputedly one of the best in the business, and was well loved and hugely respected.
Leigh left behind his wife Karin, and son Micah.
In honor of Leigh, a benefit gig is being held to raise funds to provide some financial help to Karin and Micah in this difficult time.
The gig will take place on Wednesday 21st April, at The Tafelberg Tavern in Gardens (Cape Town).
All bands will be donating their services to this cause and there will be a cash bar.
The line-up includes:
-Ard Matthews (from Just Jinger) performing solo
-The Vans
-The Jack Mantis Band
Entrance Fee will be R120. Tickets will be available at the door.
