This year’s World Aids Day celebration is presented by the Africa Institute for HIV|AIDS Management at the University of Stellenbosch.
This pop|classical concert is packed with orchestra and guest vocalists including Jimmie Earl Perry, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Sharon Kips, Sterling EQ, Wilmot Fredericks, Rouchelle Liedemann, the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra and much more.
Jimmie Earl Perry - producer and director of the event and a South Africa permanent resident for 5 years - is a former Broadway performer, having performed in “Starlight Express” in Germany, “Jesus Christ Superstar”, “Dreamgirls” and many other hit musicals. He is currently recording his second South African produced album, with Ladysmith Black Mambazo joining him on several tracks.
Dress code: Formal with a touch of red.
