Known for its craft beer and live music, &Union also pulls off an impressive breakfast. Get there early for the ‘Rod’s Full House’ – two poached eggs on ciabatta with bacon and cheese plus a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and a cup of coffee for just R60.
Their coffee is made from certified, organic espresso beans from a family owned farm in Nicaragua and the milk and sugar are also organic. If you’re feeling a little fragile then try the ‘Morning after brunch’ with their famous pulled pork on a croissant topped with a poached egg for R35 or if it’s hair of the dog you’re after then try one of their impressive craft beers with your breakfast.
