Cape Town-s Pink Power Yoga Hour

Top local celebrities Miss South Africa Jo-Ann Strauss, surfer and model Roxy Louw and others have all signed up to be part of the biggest yoga campaign in the country.
The SHAPE & Fluidity Wellness Pink Power Yoga Hour will take place on 24th October and, is in support of breast cancer awareness.
The Pink Power Yoga Hour, supported by the Cancer Association of South Africa, is the brainchild of SHAPE, South Africa’s leading health and wellness magazine for women based in Cape Town.
Participants are encouraged to buy a SHAPE-branded, eco-friendly yoga mat at R300 for the classes – all proceeds of which will be donated to CANSA’s breast cancer awareness programs.
