The Greenhouse Restaurant promises an evening filled with laughter, loved ones, friends and the family at the Cellars Hohenort Hotel in celebrating Christmas Eve.

Sip a glass of French Tribaut Brut Champagne on arrival followed by an exquisite 7 course meal.

The Greenhouse Restaurant Christmas Eve Menu:

• Amuse Bouche
• Norwegian salmon tarare with cucumber spaghetti and aged balsamic
• Confit of foie gras with spiced cherries served with sour dough melba toast
• Smoked tuna carpaccio with tempura oysters and caviar, mesclun salad
• Rooibush and lemon sorbet
• Turkey breast ballotine, blackened butter with sage, fondant potato with spring baby vegetables and sauce chasseur.
• Traditional Liz McGrath’s Christmas pudding with egg-nog anglaise.

The Greenhouse Restaurant Christmas Eve dinner costs R 900 per person and includes a bottle of wine per couple, hats and crackers, gifting, entertainment and a Christmas tree.
