Starters: Norwegian Salmon Gravadlax served with Puff Pastry Parmesan Biscuit OR Tomato & Ricotta Tartlet On Parmesan & Rocket Salad.
Main Course: Christmas Platter of Roasted Turkey, Honey Glazed Baked Gammon, Cranberry Sauce, Bread Stuffing, Roasted Vegetables and Roast Potatoes OR Rack of Lamb With Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Sauce, Vegetable Phyllo Pastry Strudel and Potato Dauphinoise OR Porcini Mushroom & Asparagus Risotto with Goats Cheese.
