The 2008 Christmas Lunch menu at Café Blouberg:
Starters: Smoked Springbok Carpaccio, Pecorino shavings, pickled cucumber, green fig preserve and rocket drizzled with a Balsamic and Soy reduction.
Main Course: Leg of lamb, honey glazed gammon and chicken breast wrapped in bacon, stuffed with turkey mince, served with baby vegetables, gratin potato and a mint and red wine jus.
Desserts: Christmas pudding topped with Amarula custard and berry compote, garnished with a trio of fruit en chiffres rondes.
Traditional mince pies will be served with coffee or tea.
