Starters include: Grilled summer vegetables with Balsamic vinegar OR Black mussels with chilli and lime dressing OR Baby potato salad with wild honey OR Tri-coloured turkey pasta with rocket, sundried tomato, olives and shaved parmesan salad with lemon vinaigrette OR Freshly baked breads with homemade jams and butter.

Main Course: Cinnamon baked gammon glazed with apricot and thyme and cranberry jelly OR Rosemary and garlic spiked leg of lamb with mint jelly OR Bo-Kaap chicken curry with poppadums and sambals OR Pan-fried line fish with a smoked salmon and caper cream sauce, Cumin and coriander flavoured rice, Buttered seasonal vegetables and Crispy Masala style roast potatoes.

Sweets: Christmas pudding with crème Anglaise OR Sherry trifle OR Freshly sliced seasonal fruit with cream OR Mocha chocolate mousse OR Traditional mince pies
