This year’s Christmas Lunch menu:

Starters: Greek Salad with fresh garden greens and a lemon and coriander vinaigrette OR Babotie samoosa with a duo of sauces and a mint salsa OR Gazpacho OR marinated mussels wrapped in bacon on a garlic and blue cheese cream.

Main Course: Calamari Steak St Tropez with a prawn and mussel curry cream with savoury rice OR Grilled sirloin with a peppercorn or mushroom sauce and French fries OR Fresh linefish on a cauliflower puree with a prawn and chive butter and sweet potato mash OR Slow braised tongue with a Dijonnaise sauce and savoury rice OR Turkish-style chicken with a yoghurt dip and tomato salsa with savoury rice.

Desserts: Chocolate Truffle Tart OR Crème brûlee OR Honey Semi Fredo with toasted pine-nuts.
