The Square Restaurant Dinners at Vineyard Hotel & Spa to match some of the best wines of South Africa
The Vineyard Hotel and Spa's new The Square Restaurant is to be the romantic winter setting on Friday July 20 for a wine tasting with award winning Longridge Winery, followed by a special gourmet dinner.
The new restaurant's Chef Alex Doherty will prepare a memorable three-course menu to match Longridge's superlative range of wines that are vinified in the Longridge cellar located in the Helderberg foothills.
The Longridge gourmet wine dinner is part of the Vineyard Hotel and Spa's exclusive Gourmet Wine Evening Calendar.
The hotel in Newlands hosts these wine & dine evenings at The Square restaurant as well as the hotel's fine dining Au Jardin restaurant on separate occasions.
