Rock ‘n Roll legends The Eagles will perform for the first time ever in South Africa in the band's 40-year history. The Eagles’ Cape Town concert will be at the iconic Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday April the 4th.
The South African concert also marks the first of the announced shows of a 2012 tour that will celebrate the music group’s epic time together.
The band - Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit – will perform a two hour concert featuring classic hits such as Hotel California, Desperado, Take It Easy, One Of These Nights, Heartache Tonight, and Take It To The Limit. South African fans will also be treated to solo hits from band members such as Boys Of Summer, Life In The Fast Lane and Dirty Laundry.
Doors open at 6pm, and as there will be no supporting acts, the band is scheduled to open at 8pm and to conclude around 10h30pm.
