Vortex Trance Adventure

Dance like no one's watching, Love like you'll never be hurt, Sing like no one's listening, Live like it's heaven on earth...

Psychedelic trance is a way of life, a way of living that teaches us the beauty of the world and our relationship to it. It’s this philosophy that will be the centre of attention at the Vortex Trance Adventure from 6 – 7 December 2008.

The name Vortex is taken from the Latin word Vertex, which translates to ‘whirlpool’. One meaning of this word is “any activity, situation, or way of life regarded as irresistibly engulfing”.

Once again the guys from Vortex are pulling out all the stops for this year’s event, with beautiful sounds and groovy, chilled beats at The Headspace and Peace Camp, and healing, massage, discussions and workshops at The Heart Space.

There will also be awe-inspiring and thought-provoking films and documentaries on Conscious Cinema, and information about community outreach and environmental programmes.

You can expect tantalising décor by Psychedelic Freedom Fighters, Tentikcle and Blaize. Your VJs for the weekend will be hosted by Vision Incision, Gui’aum’etrix as well as Image Master Blink, with the special effects by MZFX Live.

And the music… ah, the music…
