The Cape Farmhouse Restaurant hosts Saturday afternoon outdoor concerts showcasing South African musicians

Throw together Nick Turner, (Sons of Trout and Mikanic) and Dave van den Linden (Bed on Bricks) and you’ve got an all-original, Jack-Johnson-meets-Flight-of-the-Conchords duo.

Nick’s virtuosic guitar style and infectious voice combined with Dave’s unique, quirky and bluesy take, deliver a performance that delights audiences.

They effortlessly span genres with influences ranging from rock, reggae and African to hip-hop and jazz, with lyrics that are compelling, relevant, humorous and irreverent – not unlike the fellas themselves. With shows that feature adept musicianship, funky grooves and catchy tunes, the music has a wide appeal.
