Milonga on stage - This is how CT Tango Ensemble is planning to launch their new album “Tango Club.” Featuring dancers as well as the music played by the group, the evening promises to be a display of tango virtuosity – a feast for the eyes and ears.
The group has been polishing its tango shoes for over a decade and has attracted media attention and radio and television airtime throughout South Africa, and as far afield as Buenos Aires, Bulgaria, UK, Germany and Holland. They have been seen on stage and in concert halls throughout the country, at all the major festivals such as Aardklop, Grahamstown and Klein Karoo Nationale Kunstefees.
CT Ensemble`s first CD “El Tango en Africa” was highly successful, locally and internationally. This is a CD not only for Tango addicts, but also for anyone who enjoys listening to Good Music.
