Santa visits the Mother City to see what Joy from Africa’s all about
Can’t make it to Oppikoppi? Never fear, it’s coming to you! For the second year, Hilltop Live productions and MK present the single-day mini-fest One Night in Cape Town at the GrandWest Grand Arena on Thursday, 8 August 2013 (the next day is Women’s Day, a public holiday).
A bid to spread the rock ‘n’ roll love, the Mother City preview concert features the annual Limpopo opskop's headline acts: Deftones and Yellowcard.
Line-up for Oppikoppi: Deftones and Yellowcard Concert in Cape Town
While audiophiles make the trek to the dusty hills, Capetonians get a sneak peek of what festival-goers can expect on the main stage at the three-day fiesta. International acts Deftones and Yellowcard will be joined at GrandWest by a handful of other rocking musos; though, the specifics of the rest of the line-up have yet to be confirmed.
