Join hundreds of Pokémon Go fans at this joint trainer hunt to find Pokémon in the streets of the Mother City. Visit Sea Point Promenade on Saturday, 30 July 2016 to meet other members of your team and take over the best gyms in town.
Pokémon Go hasn’t officially been released in South Africa yet but that hasn’t stopped anime and gaming enthusiasts from downloading the ground-breaking augmented reality game. Scores of Pokémon fans all over the Western Cape have been finding Pokémon at school, in the office and in their backyards.
All Otaku Online is hosting this epic trainer hunt to connect Pokémon Go fans and share their knowledge and collection of Pokémon. Whether you’ve joined team Mystic, Valor or Instinct, this fun walk through the city is guaranteed to introduce you to new friends and show you parts of the city you may not have seen before. The hunt is three hours long so that will give you plenty of time to hatch your eggs and find Poké Stops – just make sure you bring a power bank along to keep your phone charged.
