The world’s largest break dancing competition touches down in the Mother City at the end of April. The South African Cypher of the Red Bull BC One dance battle will take place in Studio 3 at the Cape Town Stadium on Saturday, 30 April 2016.
Red Bull BC One is the biggest one-on-one B-Boy break dancing competition on the planet, and every year, thousands of performers break out their best moves in the hopes of qualifying for the world final, to be held in Nagoya, Japan. Here, 16 of the fiercest B-Boys will battle it out for the title of world champion, with jaw-dropping skills and hot beats.
The South African showdown is the perfect place for you to show the world your slick pops and banging locks, while you square up against rival B-Boys in a heated battle. Or, if you prefer to hang back and watch the masters do their thing, then you can join the spectators in soaking up the hip hop atmosphere and culture.
