Sitting on the edge of the water at Simon's Town harbour, Bertha’s has become a bit of an institution and now with their two set winter specials menu – they are looking at becoming a firm favourite on the taste buds of Capetonians and visitors alike.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday is the place to be for a dinner that you won’t soon forget.

Berthas Winter Dinner Menu 1:

Glass of sherry on arrival

Starters: Seafood and chizoso sausage combo OR Blackened Patagonian Tubes served on bed of greens

Mains: Sliced Baby Beef (Pan Fried), Served on a bed of tag with a creamy mushroom sauce OR Baby Sole grilled topped with shrimp and fennel sauce, Served with a choice of chips, rice or mash OR Cape Malay Babotie, Traditional served with yellow rice

Desserts: Bread Pudding OR Lemon Tart OR Ice cream and Chocolate sauce

Coffee will be served

Price: R109 for two courses | R129 for three courses
