Enjoy a unique wine tasting at Waterford Estate

Oak trees and vines are showing their autumn foliage; the dew gives it a jewel like quality. Ducks greet you happily as you slowly cross a small bridge over the pond. Indeed, there’s no need to rush. A dust road lined with citrus trees and lavender takes you further towards the Meditterranean style mansion.  

Wine and Chocolate:

The Chocolate and Wine tasting is a unique flavour experience. Kevin Arnold and Chocolatier Richard von Geusau have created a series of dark and milk chocolates that when paired with the Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Natural Sweet wines, gives you totally unique taste sensation.

Reserve Vintage Tasting:

The Vintage Reserve tasting features a selection of Reserve Wines chosen by Senior Winemaker Kevin Arnold. This tutored tasting includes some experimental wines made in the early days of Waterford and culminates with a tasting of the Flagship Red wine "The Jem". Designed for the slightly more serious wine drinker, this will give you an insight into the evolution of Waterford Estates wines.
