Award-winning Wines, German Cuisine and More to Celebrate the Harvest

Start out with a run/walk before feasting on the smorgasbord of food and wine at the Nuy Wine Festival.

From award-winning wines to fine country food and entertainment, dig in at the annual Nuy Valley Feast and celebrate the end of the annual harvest on Saturday 11 May 2019.

The activities are hosted by four Nuy Valley venues – Leipzig Country House, Nuy Winery, Willow Creek Olive Estate and Conradie Penhill Wines – all situated halfway between Worcester and Robertson, along the famed Route 62 (and about an hour-and-a-half’s drive from Cape Town).

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE 2019 NUY VALLEY FEAST
The fiesta kicks off with a fun run and trail walks, which will prep you for the amount of eating and drinking you’re going to do the rest of the day (there will be showers, snacks and beverages available for runners).
If you only came for the festivities, there'll be German cuisine, olive tasting, traditional boerekos (farmer’s food), craft beer on tap at the Leipzig Tent, a potjiekos competition and a yoga session to wine-down at Conradie Penhill Wines.
Once you’re filled up on the food, you can shake the indulgences away with live musical entertainment, and the kids will be kept occupied all day with plenty of fun activities.
