Classic Cocktail Recipes with a Chambord Twist

Cocktails inspired by a marvellous French liquor made from wild raspberries

For years the raspberry has been muddled fresh and has graced some of Cape Town's most memorable cocktails with rich, tart and sweet flavours. Inspired by King Louis XIV's enjoyment of marvellous liquor made from wild raspberries at Chateau Chambord in 1685, aromatic Chambord Liquor Royale de France is shaking up Cape Town's mixologists. Summer is the best time to add a fresh twist to some of your own classic cocktails, so why not try some of Chambord's refreshing recipes.
