Knorhoek Estate has launched a new addition to South Africa's sparkling rosé wines. The Konfetti 2010 toasts the romantic affairs and self indulgent moments inspired by wedding celebrations hosted at this Stellenbosch gem.

The fruity, frivolous and dry blush is a medley of Pinotage (56%), Cabernet Franc (27%), Merlot (13%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (4%). A berry infusion captivates while freshness and maturation is balanced. There’s an impressive mouth-feel that leads to a crisp finish.
"Balancing sugar in the grapes was achieved by cold fermentation for four weeks and keeping grapes on the lees for two months, before they were filtered, impregnated with CO2 and bottled," Arno explains.
