Not only is Cape Town known for beautiful views, but we’ve also been selected as one of the most creative cities in the world! Beating out bustling cities like Tokyo and Amsterdam, the Mother City is recognised as a creative hub – we did win the World Design Capital title after all in 2014! Be enthralled by the beauty of our city here:

We all know that the Mother City is one (if not the one) of the most picturesque cities in the world. Time and time again locals and tourists alike are positively blown away by the sheer beauty and awesomeness that is our pretty city, compelling them to snap, post, like and share countless incredible images of Cape Town across all social media platforms.

Thus, we felt it was only fitting to celebrate the natural splendour of Cape Town through your eyes – and your camera lens – by giving you the spotlight for the amazing pictures you post online.

In 2016, we invited amateur and professional photographers (and of course all our readers) to journey with us as we, together with our helicopter tour partner, search for the most striking Instagram snaps of our gorgeous city.
