Bring, Braai, Beats, And Swim
The Clubbers Cookout is the perfect bring, braai and swim event to kick off summer in Cape Town
This fun event is going down on Saturday 1 December at the Oude Molen Eco Village in Pinelands. The theme is Bikinis & Board Shorts, so get your outfit ready and you could win tickets for the 2019 event.
THE VENUE AND FACILITIES
This venue offers green grass, clean ablution facilities, safe parking, a swimming pool, shaded VIP lapas and awesome views of Table Mountain.
There’s a communal braai area so you don’t need to bring your own wood or charcoal. A fully-licenced bar provides the essentials you need to keep cool including chasers and ice. The pool is a glass-free area and there’s a lifeguard on duty as well as security staff.
YOUR REFRESHMENTS
Bring your meat, salads, camp chairs, cooler box and a lot of energy for a day of braaing, swimming and music. Gazebos and umbrellas are welcome at no charge.
You can even bring your own spirits, shooters, wines, mixers and ice along with plastic cups (the pool is a glass-free zone), but it costs R150 to bring a cooler box with liquid refreshments. Coolers filled only with food will not be charged. You’re not allowed to bring your own beers and ciders because the onsite bar provides these essentials.
DJ LINE-UP
The DJ line-up includes artists who will also take to the big stage at the Campout 2019 event on 22, 23, 24 March 2019 at Silverstroom Camping Resort. Each DJ will have two tickets to give away during their set at Cookout 2018.
