Dance your way through all the levels of lockdown with Lydia Dance Academy's weekly fitness classes every Friday at 7pm.
GET READY TO MAKE SOME ROOM
The group dance classes are for everyone, no matter your dance background or fitness level. All you'll need is to clear some space (push aside furniture if you need to) and follow along with the easy-to-master dance moves. The latest music and choreography will be provided by Lydia Dance Academy.
IT’S ALL HAPPENING LIVE ON ZOOM
Each class is 40 minutes long and can be live-streamed via Zoom, so you can interact with the dance instructor and class members. To secure your spot for the next class, bookings must be made before 30 April 8pm via Whatsapp on 071 491 7460.
