Cadiz Woman’s Day Swim this August at Camps Bay
Raising funds the cool (as in ‘jislaaik this water is cold’) way
The Cadiz Swim Series is a succession of sea swim races to promote open water swimming and raise funds for worthy causes. Each swim takes place on one of South Africa’s public holiday – and for this year’s Women’s day the money raised by the swim will be donated to the Woman of the Western Cape cerebral Palsy Association and will be held at Camps Bay beach.
This cape Town based non-profit organisation caters for the diagnosis, treatment, care, training and sheltered employment for persons with Cerebral Palsy, to advise, aid and train parents and guardians in the care of their dependants and to manage clinics, care centers, residences, work centres and places of employment in and around Cape Town.
Registration for the Cadiz Woman’s Day Swim costs R100p/p at the beach and R90 p/p online.
