British reggae giants return to Mzansi shores in April for concerts in Paarl and Johannesburg
Chart-smashing English roots rockers UB40 are set to hit South African soil once again with concerts in Paarl and Johannesburg in April 2014. Partially reunited and rearing to go, the band – fronted by original vocalist Ali Campbell – looks to dazzle local audiences with top hits and electrifying live performances.
Dates for UB40 Concerts in South Africa
- Western Cape Concert: Friday, 4 April 2014 at Val de Vie Estate in Paarl. The show starts at 5:45pm.
- Johannesburg Concert: Saturday, 5 April 2014 at Emmarentia Dam. The show starts at 12pm.
As in past, fans can count on the reggae act playing classics like ‘Red Red Wine’, ‘Kingston Town’ and ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’. Though, as the group released their first album in three years in September 2013, groupies can also look forward to a few fresh tracks on the set list.
