It’s Everyone’s Favourite Family German Bazaar
Free entry gets you traditional German food and fun for the kids
There’s so much more to German tradition than beer and bratwurst. Find new ways for the whole family to enjoy German culture at the annual DSK Bazaar on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 November 2019.
The weekend kicks off with after-work Bavarian Sundowners from 5pm until 9pm. Then it’s time to relax with live music and a variety of German specialties, from bratwurst to Weissbier. And that’s just the beginning of a full day of family bazaar fun.
FAMILY FUN
Saturday is when all the big action and activities begin, from 10am–10pm. While German food and beer is delicious, this annual fundraiser is all about the kids, with a big range of activities set up for the day. We’re talking trampolines, go-karting, field games, a foofy slide and so much more. There’s also a whole lot more than just beer for the parents too. There’ll be a Christmas shop, nursery, boutique, bookstore and flea-market to enjoy on the day.
COME HUNGRY
NEW RIDES
This year there’ll be some exciting new rides for the kids and teens. For R160pp, kids will be able to spend 8 hours on a host of unlimited rides – like the new Virtual Reality Zone, a petting zoo and the popular pool disco for teens, which is hosted at the school’s outdoor swimming pool and features a line-up of teen-appropirate DJs.
WIN WIN WIN
What would a bazaar be without a raffle? There are some amazing prizes up for grabs this year, like two Lufthansa economy flights to Europe, open-water scuba diving for two from the Cape Town Dive Centre -PADi, two nights stay for two at Chapter House Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek, and so much more.
TICKETS TO THE DSK BAZAAR 2019
Tickets cost R60pp for adults on Saturday, R250pp for a table booking of 10 adults on Saturday, R160pp for a kids day pass on all activities and rides. Entry is free for kids. Tickets can be purchased via Quicket.
