Browse everything from traditional African meals to healthy treats, from gifts to hand crafted goods and from holistic lifestyle products to antiques.
Constantia Waldorf Markets
For affordable organic produce head to this small organic and biodynamic market. Visit between 11:30am and 3pm every Friday to stock up on fruit and vegetables, flowers, biodynamic apple juice, eggs and dairy, homemade jams and preserves, honey, pickles and Camphill products. The market also operates a family market in the evenings with puppet shows, magicians and a cosy fire. Visit between 5pm and 9pm on the last Friday of every month and don't forget to bring your own alcohol.

Mielie Food Garden and Organic Market
Visit this market to cherry pick tasty, healthy, fresh and organic vegetables. Open between 9am and 1pm every Friday (except on public holidays) the market uses proceeds to help establish the Khayelitsha community garden and support township-based organic farmers.

One of Cape Town's oldest markets this market will satisfy those with a holistic and healthy appetite with therapist and life readers, vegan, halal, organic and slow food, green, eco, recycled, health and healing products and much more. The Alphen Antiques and Collectables Markets take place at the Alphen Community Centre Hall (opposite Constantia Village), Constantia Main Road, on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month, from 10am to 4pm. A vriety of items will be on sale. Entry is free, there is ample parking and refreshments are available.
