To help all runners, joggers and active walkers, Repofit is hosting weekly online workouts to strengthen and improve your running game at home, with the next class starting on 12 May at 5:30pm.
IT ALL STARTS AT HOME
Repofit hosts many complimentary classes from full-body workout sessions and high-intensity interval training sessions to pure core workouts and strength for cyclists. Every week Repofit is hosting an online exercise specifically designed for runners.
WORKOUTS ON ZOOM
Everyone is welcome to join the next strength for runners class which consist of tailor-made workouts aimed to improve core structure as well as strength training exercises. You can join for free via a Zoom link this Tuesday at 5:30pm.
