The Color Run Rainbow Tour
Wash your worries away with a puff of multi-coloured powdered paint at this explosion of colour
As the spirit of the summer season begins, with it comes new possibilities and opportunities for Capetonians to broaden their minds and horizons. On Saturday, 12 November 2016, put your troubles aside and engage in some good old fashioned fun when the Rainbow Tour of The Color Run touches down in town.
We know a lot of you might be slightly worse for wear after a stressful year, so you don’t necessarily have to run. You can walk – or crawl! – the route if you wish. The only thing that’s guaranteed is that you will be doused with colourful powder along the way and that you will be a beautiful mess by the finish line.
Referred to by avid attendees as “the happiest 5k on the planet”, this untimed race will end with a festival after-party featuring some awesome local DJs, tasty food and refreshing drinks, along with best-dressed competitions and loads more colour.
So wear your white kit included in the race pack as well as any accessories you feel fit, and bring some sunglasses to protect your eyes because it’s going to be, quite literally, a very colourful atmosphere.
The location is being kept a secret so subscribe to our newsletter for more information as soon as it’s released.
