The festive season comes but once a year, which is why the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town is pulling out all the stops, celebrating in style, and making it an occasion worth remembering. Surrounded by friends and family, the Mount Nelson is certainly a great place to be this festive season.

On Christmas day, The Mount Nelson’s formal dining room, the Planet Restaurant, offers a festive 5-course Table d’ Hôte menu. While indulging in the food journey, enjoy entertainment by Lynn Paulson. There’s also a Cape Malay choir that moves between all Mount Nelson Hotel venues as well as a magician, balloon sculpturer and, of course, Santa Claus.
Complimentary sparkling wine and Pimms cocktails are served as welcome drinks.
Tip: Afterwards, enjoy drinks at the Planet Champagne and Cocktail Bar (opens at 12-noon) or the famous Afternoon tea.
