This age-old North American holiday has made its way to Africa, and if you’re in the Mother City, then get the best of both worlds with the magnificent Cape Town scenery and a South African take on the traditional trimmings. As Capetonians, we’re happy to celebrate Thanksgiving with our US friends this year on Thursday, 24 November 2016.
Come this special date, Savoy Cabbage is putting on a Turkey Day feast and fun and games for American expats, tourists and locals alike. If you’re feeling left out of the festivities back home, this restaurant is offering up a bit of American celebratory nosh and a feast that will leave any guest attending filled to the brim and more than just thankful.
