Absolutely Fabulous, Darling!

Lovers of theatre, Constantiaberg Theatre Players present a tribute show at the Masque Theatre in Muizenberg

This stage tribute is based on the much-loved TV series and is showing at the Masque Theatre in Muizenberg on six dates between Friday 23 November and Saturday 1 December.

LIVE IT UP
The characters Patsy Stone and Edina Monsoon are in town to show us how to really live it up. “A spot of shopping at Harvey Nichol’s and a delicious nibble at Quags for lunch – and let’s not forget the Bolly, darling.”

This performance showcases many of the most popular characters from the series. Who’s your favourite: Long-suffering Saffron? Eddy’s ex-husbands? The hapless Bubble? Or Eddy’s sharp-tongued mother? Get ready for a smashing good time sweetie darling!

BRINGING IT TO LIFE
Constantiaberg Theatre Players is an amateur dramatic society passionate about theatre and stages several shows a year at the Masque Theatre. Absolutely Fabulous features Constantiaberg Theatre Players’ Bernie Jacobs and Julie Summers in the roles of Eddy and Patsy. They and other cast members are directed by Faeron Wheeler who was also responsible for adapting the script.
