Authentic Thai restaurant in Milnerton
It is always difficult for Capetonians to locate great Thai-style restaurants, especially authentic styled-cooking. Well search no more, because Wang Thai will satisfy all foodies around the Mother City. Using the finest and freshest ingredients, you can expect to have a traditional culinary experience.
Thai, Thai, Thai… trained, exquisite and professional dishes from the chefs, making this a first-class eatery. The portions are generous and will have that extra pinch of flavour that we are all craving. The popularity of the establishment is no surprise as the staff are friendly and approachable, and the service is excellent.
Our choice is 401, the Geang Khew-Wan which is a Green Curry with green curry sauce, vegetable and basil. You can have a choice of meat or alternatives; chicken, prawn, tofu or protein-rich soya. The rich flavours is evident with every bite, with meats cooked to perfection!
One of our favourite perks (besides the food) is that you can earn loyalty points whilst eating here. Apply instore and with every visit you earn points on your card; you can earn points over time, or redeem them as you earn them. Absolutely divine system, that happily encourages diners to benefit from the establishment while benefiting from the meals.
We love that each dish can be served with a soya-alternative.
Tip: Book in advance for a table, especially if you are planning on going in a group.
Note: Sign up to earn loyalty points, to get 5% off bills with enough points.
