Head to Trenchtown in Observatory on Sunday, 17 September 2017 for the Spring edition of the Baby and Kids Market. Moms and dads – both new and expecting ones – are invited to browse and shop a large and lovely selection of pre-loved baby and kids goods, ranging from cots to clothes, and from prams to potties, for their little bundles of joy. Everything is typically in very good condition, so you’re sure to grab some great bargains.
If you’ve got some awesome stuff that your kids have outgrown, or no longer use, you can apply to have a stall at the market. Simply get in touch with the market organisers directly on babyandkids2ndmarket@gmail.com. They host the market once a month, so not to worry if you miss this one, you can always go to the next one to either buy or sell baby goodies.
What we like about this market is that it offers something completely different to most other markets. While we love the delectable food, delicious drinks, vintage clothing and accessories, leather crafts, pet goodies and more that is on sale at other markets, the niche focus of the Baby and Kids Market really sets it apart. The big-name markets like the Bay Harbour Market and the Mojo Market make for an amazing day out, but they can always be experienced in conjunction with this unique offering.
TICKETS TO THE 2017 BABY AND KIDS SECOND-HAND MARKET AT TRENCHTOWN
Entrance to the Baby and Kids market is free. For more information, please contact the organisers directly on babyandkids2ndmarket@gmail.com.
Cape Town is home to many of the country's best markets, and we’ve got all kinds of guides to find the one you’ve been searching for! Check out our list of the top ten markets in Cape Town, Sunday Markets, and Night Markets.
