Get Mugged on Roeland Street... and love it!

"Let's Get mugged on Roeland" - I heard someone tell another person some time ago... Uhm.

Mugged on Roeland, Cape Town’s favourite cool design Lebanese coffee shop has undergone a major spring makeover and has re-opened October 2009.

Founded in October 2006, Mugged on Roeland in Cape Town is a trendy coffee shop in the heart of the rejuvenated East City precinct of Cape Town.

Fusion aux Lebanese
Edgy and fresh Lebanese fusion foods and a relaxed atmosphere in a slick designed environment make the coffee shop the perfect place to grab a quick lunch or coffee while taking advantage of free wireless internet access and join the many business meeting, coffee drinking funky young business people.

Their food is perfect for on-the-go lunches, breakfast, or snacks as the entire menu can be ordered wrapped and ready-to-go.

Prices range from R26 to R35 and you can get everything from poached chicken to roasted vegetables. Their coffee and lattes range in price from R9 for a basic cup of Jo to R12 for a latte.

initially on Fridays Mugged was open for after work wind-down sessions between 6pm and 8pm, but now it is open for all weeknights.

Mugged on Roeland can be booked for functions and also caters for meetings and events. To get 'mugged on location', chaperones can drop off cooler boxes the night before and collect them early the next morning, filled.

It's certainly not a crime to get Mugged on Roeland in Cape Town. The right way.
