12 Apostles Hotel and Spa |
Gather your closest family and friends and prepare for an Easter feast! Wine, dine and be merry at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa’s Easter Sunday lunch, hosted at the Azure Restaurant. The celebratory affair sees this seaside locale dish up a decadent buffet jam-packed with a veritable sea of treats, both hot and cold, to tantalise the taste buds.
Apart from the wide range of freshly baked breads, hot cross buns, dips, spreads and cold meats, diners can start off with cured and smoked salmon as well as a number of different salads. After the appetizers, visitors can move on to the carvery, which offers patrons a lip-licking spread of meats to enjoy, including slow-roasted leg of lamb, harissa-marinated roasted chicken, barbecued beef rib eye, and apple and thyme glazed pork gammon .
What’s more, the hot buffet puts forth a yummy selection of meaty and vegetable dishes, like roast potatoes with artichokes, seasonal baby vegetables, candied roast root vegetables, grilled line fish, braised lamb neck hot pot and venison and mushroom stroganoff.
No to mention, while parents enjoy a laidback nibble on a number of desserts, such as chocolate mousse cake, lemon meringue and hot cross bun butter pudding, kids can dash off on a supervised wild rabbit chase for elusive Easter eggs after lunch.
