Grab Your Flower Crown For a Bohemian-Themed Jazz Afternoon
Come in your grooviest get-up for goodie bags, canapès and the chance to take home the prize for best dressed
Head out to Somerset West for a jazzy tea time treat in your best boho look for a late- afternoon-through-sunset soiree at the Croydon Olive Estate from 3pm to 10pm on Sunday, 10 June.
Don your most lavish flower crown and go all out on your boho wear to be in line for a chance to win a prize for best dressed. You’ll also get to tuck into some tasty canapès, enjoy a talk by a guest speaker on body positivity and self-love, and take a special goodie bag home with you.
The event is hosted by Help a Girl, Help a Girl, an initiative that celebrates women from all walks of life. Their aim is to encourage women to believe in who they are and to mobilise women to empower other women and girls. They’ll be collecting sanitary pads for the Running4Pads initiative for girls who cannot afford sanitary items, so be sure to bring a pack or two along on the day.
Running4Pads is a group of runners who aim to secure and donate sanitary pads, tampons and toiletries for disadvantaged girls and women in Cape Town.
Tickets are R250/p and can be purchased on Webtickets.
