Take the Monday after Easter to simply relax and enjoy the Mother City

------
The Easter weekend concludes on Easter Sunday, which falls on the 1st of April this year. This effectively makes Monday 2 April 2018 a public holiday, we in South Africa know as Family Day.
The day does not necessarily have any religious connotation, though. It just falls in line with the holidays during the Easter time.
Super long weekend anyone?
Now, the Monday following Easter Sunday makes up the tail-end of a languid long weekend which usually falls within the school holidays and marks a time of families spending together.
Relax, unwind and take advantage of the public holiday to explore the Mother City and enjoy Family Day!
