Bastille Concerts South Africa
A second Cape Town show has been added to the British indietronica rock group's Mzansi tour
The chart-topping London-based group Bastille has added an extra Cape Town show to their first ever Mzansi tour, bringing the total of their rocking concerts in South Africa in January 2014 to three.
Britain’s most exciting band takes to the stage for the two Cape Town shows at the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden on Wednesday, 8 (SOLD OUT) and Friday, 10 January 2014 at 7:15pm and again in Jozi as part of a day festival at the Emmarentia Dam on Saturday, 11 January 2014 from 12pm.
Their debut album, “Bad Blood”, is, so far, the best-selling album of the year in the UK (it’s close to platinum status) and has been rated by readers of British national daily newspaper The Guardian one of their favourite albums of 2013.
Needless to say, Saffers can look forward to hearing chart-topping hit ‘Pompeii’ as well as popular singles like ‘Overjoyed’ and ‘Flaws’ while tucking into picnic baskets and drinking in the summer sun amidst picturesque settings.
