Lovers of EDM, listen up! If you’ve been dreaming of partying it up to pulsating electro and thumping tech-house beats on the famed Ibiza island, then you’re in luck. Ibiza World is bringing the resident DJs from party island number one and top new generation European producers to your doorstep for the first time – no Spanish visa necessary.

The inaugural international concert series hits South Africa in December 2014 with two shows: one in sunny Durban and one in beautiful Cape Town. This stellar event promises to give fans a world-class EDM experience on the South African coast.

DATES FOR THE 2014 IBIZA WORLD TOUR CONCERT IN SOUTH AFRICA

  • Monday, 29 December 2014: Sandringham Farm in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
  • Wednesday, 31 December 2014: WaveHouse in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal

The line-up for this stellar event includes international heavy-hitters, like rising star French producer/ DJ Michael Calfan and Parisian musical duo Klingande – both of whom have graced the stages of Tomorrowland. Klingande rocketed to fame with the 2013 deep melodic house hit ‘Jubel’, which currently has over 70 million views on YouTube, and Calfan assumed the spotlight for over a month with his hit ‘Resurrection’, which spent four weeks at number one on Beatport.

Other exciting artists on the bill include Germany hotshot DJ Kool & Kabul, American soul singer Peyton and Dutch phenomenon Dennis Kruissen. And of course, a few of Mzansi’s finest will also grace the stage: think Pascal&Pearce.

Overall, the organisers behind the Ibiza World concerts aim to bring the legendary island’s party atmosphere to the rest of the globe, so South African EDM fans can anticipate having their minds blown thanks to top 10 hits and infectious tunes.
