Snoop Dogg Concerts in South Africa

Legendary American hip-hop artist set to drop it like it’s hot on Mzansi soil this May 2013

The big dawg of West Coast rap, Snoop Lion (the artist recently changed his name from Snoop Dogg), is confirmed to play two concerts in South Africa this May 2013: one in Johannesburg at the Ellis Park Indoor Arena on 19 May 2013 and one in Cape Town at the GrandWest Casino on 21 May 2013.

Legendary for his lazy drawl and his gangster persona, Calvin Braudus (oh yes, he has a non-animal name) is making the leap from Long Beach to Mzansi to promote new material from his forthcoming reggae and dancehall-inspired album, “Reincarnated”.

Though, alongside laying down fresh tracks for audiences, the bad boy from California will certainly give long-time fans what they truly want: live renditions of smash-hit singles like ‘Gin & Juice’, ‘Drop It Like It’s Hot’ and ‘Young, Wild and Free’.
