The Rocktober Lifestyle event invites you to show your style and party together in honour of your dynamic lifestyle. Great vibes in the township of Langa is what’s made the Rocktober Lifestyle event return for the ninth year running.
THE LOCATION
Langa’s Maragana Park will spring to life, bringing you the best way to party like a local and soak up the atmosphere. The public park is an open space owned by the City of Cape Town, and is reserved for the event. Ample parking is available on the sports field and unoccupied space within the venue.
ENTERTAINMENT
The incredible line-up of artists will blow you away with the best in entertainment, comedy, and fashion on stage. You can expect live performances by a host of DJs including Xoli M, performing hit tracks such as Rainbow and Anyway.
FOOD
One of the many highlights includes a foodie journey courtesy of Ntlalo Machurende Jordan, a chef hailing from Langa. He is making a mark for his brand, Jordans Ways Of Cooking, which is taking the culinary world by storm.
Vendors will tempt your taste buds with oysters, juicy ribs, fresh fish and chips, burgers, sticky chicken wings, spitbraai, hot dogs, and much more. Stalls will entice you with clothing, tattoos, bead works, art and plenty more, with a dash of business information thrown in for good measure.
TICKETS
Tickets are R150 at the gate. Pre-sold tickets are available at Webtickets. R100 to R350 (VIP). At R2500, the VVIP package includes some drinks and 4 VIP Access bands to the VIP spitbraai.
Rocktober Lifestyle is the place to see and be seen, so come and support the community!
